Aluprof MB-79N Thermally Insulated Window and Door
The MB-79N is a state-of-the-art and economical addition to the Aluprof window and door systems, designed to outperform typical thermal insulation requirements. The series can be used to fabricate fixed, side-hung, hopper, tilt-and-turn, and hopper-and-slide windows, as well as single and double exterior doors, and storefront solutions complete with doors. Profile depth is 79 mm (casement) and 70 mm (window frame and door leaf). Windows are offered in three thermal variants (MB-79N E, ST, SI) and doors in four (E, ST, SI and SI+). Thermal insulation starts from Uw 0.64 W/(m²K) and Uf 0.83 W/(m²K). The system can receive double or triple glazing, up to 63 mm for windows and 54 mm for doors. Security doors rated RC1–RC3 can be produced. Air permeability is given as class 4 EN 12207:2001.
GEALAN S 9000 PVC Window and Door System
The S 9000 is a versatile, state-of-the-art system for windows, doors, and lift-slide doors, with a choice of two or three sealing levels. GEALAN-FUTURA® is the single profile combination in the S 9000 system. It offers the option of building passive house-compatible window elements, including in colour, in accordance with the ift directive WA-15/2 using standard profiles and standard 2 mm steel stiffening elements. The certified Uf value of 0.89 W/(m²K) confirms the outstanding basic heat insulation properties. Maximum sash dimensions of up to 2.40 m are possible with GEALAN-FUTURA® when using STV® bonding technology. With an installation depth of 82.5 mm and modern five-chamber technology, the S 9000 front door is suitable for glass and panel thicknesses up to 52 mm (with STV® up to 54 mm).
GEALAN S 9000 NL Window System
The S 9000 NL window system features a 3-seal system throughout and is specifically designed to meet the needs and requirements of the Dutch market. It is suitable for windows, doors, and lift-and-slide doors. Due to the 3-seal system, and in particular the innovative flexible center seal, the system targets thermal insulation and wind and water tightness. Multi-chamber technology, raised sashes and the 3-seal system can achieve a U-window value of up to Uw 0.75 W/(m²·K). Glass up to 52 mm thick can be used, including sun-, sound- or burglar-resistant glass. The raised sash contributes to SKG class 2 burglary resistance. Frame variants are specified with an installation depth of 120 mm and a 15° slope. IKD® insulation foam and STV® adhesive technology are used to improve stability and energy performance.
