Structural Silicone Curtain Wall Systems
In this system the substructure is formed with vertical and horizontal aluminium profiles, and the glass is bonded with structural silicone onto cassettes made of aluminium profiles. After the required safety tests, the glazed cassettes are fixed to the aluminium construction with system fittings. From outside only thin glass joints are visible; any glass module can be converted into an outward-opening vent with mechanism and arm reinforcement.
Thermally Insulated and Non-Insulated Aluminium Joinery
Thermally insulated aluminium joinery can be applied to all kinds of door and window openings; thermal break gaskets between the profiles provide full insulation and keep out rain water, dust and wind, reducing fuel consumption. Non-insulated joinery is used for doors, windows and balcony enclosures, offering solutions for wide openings in factories, schools and workplaces with C/60, aldoks, louvred and other systems.
Horizontal and Vertical Capped Curtain Wall Systems
In this system the substructure is built with vertical and horizontal aluminium profiles, and the glass is fixed to the façade horizontally with aluminium caps in the desired colour. Vertically, the glass is connected with structural silicone, EPDM gaskets or special connection elements. Outward or inward opening vents can be fitted to selected modules; outward-opening vents look no different from the other modules from outside.

Façade Installation and Application
Following the design phase, the manufactured materials are delivered to the site according to a set schedule and installed on the building by our expert assembly teams. All stages of installation are carried out under the supervision of site team leaders in compliance with occupational safety rules, and each stage is checked on site by expert engineers. Coordination between teams allows installation on many sites simultaneously.
Façade Project Design
Our quotation department assists the project owner with façade design — following the existing 3D façade design if available — and proposes suitable system sections to finalise the project. All point details of the project are measured with theodolite, level and total station and transferred to the computer; the project department then details the design and production begins.
CNC Aluminium Façade Fabrication
In our 3000 m² factory with automation systems, advanced CNC machines allow us to produce unusual, precisely dimensioned products tailored to customer requirements. CNC technology increases production quality and speed and makes it easy to realise special designs. 20% of production is exported to Middle Eastern countries.
