Alitek Teknoloji is Advantech's main Turkey distributor for panel PCs, embedded PCs, HMI and industrial monitors, with pre- and post-sales technical support. It is not a factory.
About
Alitek Teknoloji A.Ş. was established to distribute Advantech products and provide support services in Turkey.
Founded in 2011 in close cooperation with Advantech Co. Ltd (Taiwan), Alitek imports, distributes and supports products and solutions and runs online sales and a call centre. The founders apply more than twenty years of industrial computing experience.
Alitek is experienced in energy generation and distribution, factory and machine automation, warehouse logistics, facility management and environmental monitoring. Core families are HMI (panel PCs, industrial touch monitors, operator panels), rugged compact PCs, data-acquisition and control, industrial computers and Ethernet networking.
As Premier Channel Partner it opened a Bursa training and technical support office in mid-2015.

Advantech Industrial Ethernet and Serial Device Server
Alitek distributes Advantech EKI industrial switches and serial device servers. Examples: EKI-4668C 24-port+SFP rack switch, EKI-1524 four-port serial server, EKI-6558TI M12 IP67 switch. Factory backbone, field I/O and outdoor/vehicle networks are supported from Alitek Istanbul and Bursa offices.
Advantech Industrial Panel PC (supplied by Alitek)
Alitek distributes Advantech panel PC families in Turkey: PPC-100 RISC (ARM, Android/Linux), PPC-300 embedded, PPC-400 harsh-duty, PPC-600 scalable mini-ITX and PPC-700 pole-mount IP65. PPC-3151W is a 15.6" Full HD fanless Core unit; PPC-3100 is 10.4" Atom E3940, 9–32 VDC, 4 COM and dual Gigabit Ethernet. Alitek is Advantech's Premier Channel Partner, not the manufacturer.
Advantech Fanless Embedded / Box PC
Alitek supplies Advantech UNO and ARK fanless embedded computers in Turkey. UNO-2174G uses a finned aluminium fanless chassis, COM1–4 (RS-232/422/485), four LAN ports, a 3-pin DC terminal and DIN/wall flanges. iDoor modular I/O is used for edge and gateway roles. Hardware is made by Advantech; sales and support run through Alitek.

Advantech Turkey Distribution and Supply
As Advantech Premier Channel Partner, Alitek handles import, stock, quotation and orders. Call centre 444 3 093; emails [email protected] and [email protected]. Perpa/Şişli HQ and the Bursa office supply panel PCs, embedded PCs and I/O nationwide. This is official distribution, not manufacturing.
Pre- and Post-Sales Technical Support
Alitek engineers provide product support, supervisor/operator training, on-site troubleshooting and consulting. The Bursa training and technical support office opened in 2015 for local training and service. Staffing and labs are structured to cover the full Advantech portfolio.
Application Engineering and Project Support
Alitek works from product selection through turnkey projects. In energy, factory automation, logistics and facility management it engineers Advantech HMI, embedded PC and I/O combinations. It continues to seek partnerships with local system integrators that want to add value.
