Axial Cased Smoke Exhaust Fans
Axial smoke exhaust fan series certified to EN 12101-3 for 300 °C/2 h and 400 °C/2 h, 400–1600 mm diameter range with adjustable blade angle; performance tested to AMCA 210-16. Self-flanged casing of hot-dip galvanized sheet; ETIAL 171 injection-cast blades balanced to ISO 1940/1. Class H insulated IP 55 single or two-speed motors.
Axial Unidirectional Jet Fan
Jet fan series with airfoil blades, certified to EN 12101-3 for 300 °C/2 h and 400 °C/2 h, 290–400 mm diameter range; performance tested to AMCA 250-12. Galvanized steel casing with adjustable discharge deflector and inlet guard as standard. ETIAL 171 cast blades, class H IP 55 motor and sliding motor base for easy maintenance.
Duct Type Shelter Ventilator (AIR-SK)
AIR-SK series ventilator designed for shelters, operating up to 55 °C, offered in 9 models. Radioactive nuclear fallout filter, activated carbon filter, G+ coarse filter and by-pass damper are standard; lead eliminator is optional. Self-flanged galvanized steel casing, backward-curved galvanized impeller and IP 55 terminal box.

Road Tunnel Ventilation Systems
Normal and emergency (fire) tunnel ventilation to international standards: removing vehicle exhaust gases in daily operation and evacuating smoke and hot air in a fire. It aims to minimise toxic gas exposure and preserve visibility during evacuation; implemented with axial cased smoke exhaust fans and tunnel fans.
Stair Pressurization Systems
Pressurization systems that prevent smoke entering fire stairs, enabling smoke-free evacuation and firefighter access. Required where the stair shaft exceeds 30.5 m (51.50 m in residential buildings); at least 50 Pa difference with doors closed and 15 Pa with doors open. Implemented with EC cabinet, roof axial, AC cabinet and axial cabinet fans.
Car Park Ventilation Systems
Jet fan smoke control systems replacing ducted smoke extraction: in a fire, smoke is confined to a zone and driven by jet fan momentum to exhaust shafts. The system comprises main exhaust fans, exhaust shafts, fresh air fans, jet fans, CO and smoke/heat detection, smoke and fresh air dampers and main control panels; Aironn supplies products and engineering services.
