Welded fabrication covers the full path from design to packing. Besides laser, plasma and guillotine prep, Argon (TIG), MIG/MAG and submerged-arc (SAW) welding produce steel structures. Quality is certified to EN ISO 1090-2 EXC3 for structural steel components and EN ISO 3834-2 for welding; scope includes industrial plants, hangars, silos and tanks, steel bridges, sports facilities and overhead crane girders.

Polarkon erects its own fabrications. Space frames need no site welding; bolted sphere joints shorten erection. Warranties of up to five years can be offered on international projects. The Site Installation service is supplied in this scope from the plant. Two plants totalling 34,000 m² at Polatlı OSB 212nd Street No:5 fabricate 16,000 tons/year to EN 1090 EXC3 and EN ISO 3834-2; more than 650 design-build projects are completed.
