Aluminium Injection Mould

The mould-manufacturing page states aluminium injection-casting moulds have been produced since 2000. Steel selection, heat treatment and maintenance intervals for the intended shot counts and service conditions are Endosa’s responsibility. Manufacturability analyses and injection simulations are done in-house before production. Design is carried out in 3D with Unigraphics (Siemens NX) and TEBIS.
