Okuman’s R&D Centre develops medical devices end-to-end from concept through clinical validation, regulatory compliance and commercialisation. Capabilities include biomedical device design, thermodynamic analysis, electronics and software design, with embedded systems and mechanical design laboratory infrastructure. Neonatal incubators, transport incubators, phototherapy units, radiant warmers and under-heated neonatal beds are engineered in-house; projects also continue on respiratory/life-support units and medical device test and calibration equipment.
