Pumice Lintel

A lintel is a structural element used over door and window openings to transfer loads safely. Ida Guven produces pumice lintel types; the lightweight bims body shortens installation time and reduces labour. Lintels transfer wall loads above the opening to the supporting elements at the sides. Custom sizing is available for the project. They give a flat, symmetrical finish at the wall surface.

Reinforced Concrete Lintel

Precast reinforced-concrete lintels transfer loads safely over door and window openings. They pass wall loads above the opening to the supporting members at the sides and reduce cracking, settlement and structural weakness. As part of the load-bearing system they are critical on ground floors and wide spans. Lintels working with the frame increase rigidity under seismic shaking. They are produced in various sizes and types, including project-specific dimensions.

Precast Box Culvert

Box culverts are durable precast concrete elements used on highways, municipal, DSİ, infrastructure and industrial sites for water passage, drainage and under-road crossings. Catalogue sizes run from 100x40 cm to 300x300 cm (width x height), with 100–200 cm unit lengths and 17–24 cm wall thicknesses; unit weights are about 1,765–7,600 kg. Production follows the reinforcement and design rules of the Highways technical specification; units are prepared in a controlled plant and placed on site by crane.

Precast Concrete Security Wall

Concrete security walls are durable prefabricated elements produced to secure the perimeter of factories, industrial plants, energy sites, logistics centres, public institutions and private property. They are made as reinforced concrete blocks about 2 metres high for enclosing public and private sites such as housing, NGOs and shopping centres. Units are manufactured in a controlled plant with quality concrete and heavy reinforcement, delivered ready for crane installation, and can be produced in different sizes to the project.

Natural Gas and Telecom Manholes

Natural-gas and telecom manholes are prefabricated concrete elements made to protect gas, telecommunications, electrical and other utility lines, ease maintenance and provide long service life. They are shaft-and-cover systems manufactured with a prefabricated method for installation crossings used by gas, infrastructure and telecom operators. Units are produced to project dimensions in modern plants, with quality concrete and heavy reinforcement for high loads and environmental exposure, and shipped ready for installation.

Production, shipment and erection of prefabricated elements of different sections are done. Daily concrete capacity is 200 m³. The Muradiye 5th Street plant is 26,000 m². Span follows project engineering.

Custom-Size Lintel Production

Precast reinforced-concrete or pumice lintel types shorten installation time and reduce labour. They can be produced in various sizes and types; project-specific sizing is available so openings get a matching solution. Lintels transfer wall loads above the opening to the side supports. Newly produced units are cured under controlled temperature and humidity so they last without cracking.

Precast buildings provide fast, economical and long-life structures for industrial plants, production halls, warehouses, workshops and businesses. Turnkey Factory Buildings

Turnkey factory buildings are industrial structures in which design, production, erection and handover are managed as a single package. Contracting is delivered turnkey using prefabricated building elements that hold TSEK and ISO manufacturing and quality certificates. Because each factory’s process and needs differ, projects are planned to the intended use, capacity and technical requirements. Design, production, shipment, erection and handover are all run by the specialist team, and the building is delivered ready for production.

Erection

The third service is erection of columns, beams and façade units on site. The Hirfanlı bridge used a launching girder for erection. The Erection service is supplied in this scope from the plant.
