Production, shipment and erection of prefabricated elements of different sections are done. Daily concrete capacity is 200 m³. The Muradiye 5th Street plant is 26,000 m². Span follows project engineering.

It is third in Turkey and first in the Aegean in stick-system production. Prefabricated elements of different sections and sizes are made. The Muradiye plant is rated 90,000 m³/year. Section follows the structural calculation.

Prefabricated elements are made for industrial buildings and ancillary structures. The plant has 21,250 m² closed area. The TS EN 206 G certificate dates from 2013. Panel thickness is set from the project drawing.

High-Performance Concrete Barrier

High-performance concrete barriers are produced for road and site safety. Strength class follows the specification. Precast is done in Polatlı OSB. The High-Performance Concrete Barrier product is supplied in this scope from the plant. Precast concrete has been made since 1994 at Ankara Polatlı OSB and Mersin Yenice: culverts, sleepers, barriers, girders and industrial units with transport and erection.

Railway Sleepers

Railway sleepers are produced in precast concrete. TCDD-type works are among the references. Pretensioned capacity exists at Polatlı and Yenice. The Railway Sleepers product is supplied in this scope from the plant. Erection

Production, shipment and erection are supplied together. Nearly 1,500 projects were completed by 2020. It is first in the Aegean in stick systems. Erection sequence follows the site crane plan. Erection is made at the Muradiye Mah. 5. Sok. No:20 plant.

Prefabricated-Element Manufacturing

Prefabricated-element manufacturing has run at the Muradiye plant since 2004. Capacity is 90,000 m³/year and 200 m³ concrete/day. ISO 9001 and TS EN 206 are certified. Moulds are set to the project section.

Erection

The third service is erection of columns, beams and façade units on site. The Hirfanlı bridge used a launching girder for erection. The Erection service is supplied in this scope from the plant. Precast concrete has been made since 1994 at Ankara Polatlı OSB and Mersin Yenice: culverts, sleepers, barriers, girders and industrial units with transport and erection.

The second service is transport of heavy precast units from the plants to site. Factory projects are offered as production-transport-erection packages. The Transport service is supplied in this scope from the plant.
