Propeller-shaft manufacturing is Tirsan’s core activity with 1957 roots. 1.5 million shafts/year capacity sits on 60,000 m² in Manisa. It is an approved OEM and OES supplier. Configuration is produced to the vehicle platform.

Unit pieces, mechanics and joints are machined in Manisa. Centre bearings, flange yokes, tube yokes and short shafts are in this scope. Cemmer aims to produce parts and systems for European car makers and machinery producers. Work follows the customer drawing.

Steering-shaft production is a separate Cemmer catalogue item. Shafts connect to passenger-car and commercial-vehicle steering columns. The same Manisa team produces them with cardan shafts and unit pieces. Length and joint type follow the vehicle platform.

Cardan-shaft manufacturing is the core activity of Cemmer’s Manisa factory, opened in 2014. Shafts and systems are made for commercial-vehicle, car and machinery producers. The 100% correct-production motto is tied to quality, cost and delivery. Size and part type are set per order.
