The winter collection includes men’s cotton, acrylic-wool and wool socks; the site shows brown cotton, navy acrylic-wool and grey wool examples. Production is in a 3,500 m² plant on fully electronic knitting machines (Bentley Comet, Lonati Bravo, Colosio, Irmac Tex, Sangiacomo Star 45) with 72–156 needle gauges. Adult sock output is 350,000 pairs per month; yarns include cotton, acrylic, polyester, wool, mercerized and modal.

Kids and Babies Socks

Children’s and babies’ socks are knitted in the 3,500 m² plant on fully electronic machines. Children’s capacity is 120,000 pairs per month. Yarns are cotton, acrylic, polyester, wool, mercerized and modal; OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is used to keep products free from harmful substances.

Ladies Pelerine Socks

Ladies pelerine socks appear in the ladies range as openwork and sparkle ankle styles. The company knits pelerine socks and pelerine tights on Bentley Comet, Lonati Bravo, Colosio, Irmac Tex and Sangiacomo Star 45 machines. Gauges from 72 to 156 needles cover small and large orders; yarns are cotton, acrylic, polyester, wool, mercerized and modal. They sit in the fashion-sock range.

Custom Design Socks

We produce your own designs under your brand. Women's, men's and kids' socks are knitted in the requested size, in cotton, modal, bamboo, wool and mercerized yarns. Adult socks: minimum 1,200 pairs per colour, model and size; baby/kids: 2,400/1,200 pairs. Prices stay the same up to 10,000 pairs. Adult production commonly uses 144 and 156 needles; baby 96, kids 120 and 132. Jacquard, sublimation, digital, 360 digital and silicone printing are available.

Compression Socks

Compression socks are manufactured with graduated compression levels. Whether the need is athletic support, improved circulation or long periods of standing or sitting, compression specs are set with the customer. The park of 258 machines is used for men, women, kids, baby and compression productions. Custom orders start at 1,200 pairs per colour/size; counter samples 7-10 days, production 4-6 weeks. Embroidery and handlinked toe closing are available.

Yoga and pilates socks production: material 80% cotton, 18% polyamide, 2% EA. Colour can be produced as requested; pattern can be made as knitting. Body sizes 31-34, 35-38, 39-41 and 42-44. Sports and Athletic Socks

Sports socks are engineered for impact, moisture and movement: terry cushioning under the foot and at impact points, an arch support band of tighter knit, a ribbed cuff that resists slipping, and reinforced heel and toe. EGE SOCKS produces performance sports socks in Türkiye on a private label and OEM basis. Cushioning can be full terry, zoned terry or flat knit; cuff height is no-show, quarter or crew. Yarns include polyester, polyamide, elastane, cotton and bamboo blends on 156 or 200 needle machines. A smooth or hand-linked toe keeps the seam low-profile. Samples usually take about 5–7 days; bulk about 3–4 weeks.

Business Dress Socks

Business dress socks are defined by a fine, smooth appearance, all-day fit and consistent, refined colours, knitted at a higher gauge than sport or casual socks. EGE SOCKS manufactures them in Istanbul for private label and OEM orders. The higher needle count (200, alternatively 156) gives a smoother surface and cleaner detail. Yarns include mercerised and combed cotton, bamboo viscose, polyamide and elastane. A hand-linked toe and a firm ribbed cuff keep comfort in a closed dress shoe. Colours are matched to Pantone/TPX references and confirmed with lab dips. Samples usually take about 5–7 days; bulk about 3–4 weeks.

Washing, Forming and Packaging

After knitting, customers receive toe sewing, washing, forming and packaging (labeling and boxing). The production-process diagram lists washing, finishing and ironing, then quality control; each pair is inspected before shipment. Socks Sampling

Sampling is offered before bulk orders. Counter sample lead time is 7-10 days. Designs and yarn colour codes are prepared in the pixel logic of the sock machine; a 156-needle cylinder needs a 156-pixel-wide program. The operator loads the coloured yarns, checks body measurements and stretch, and at least 3 pairs are knitted for each design.

Socks Design and Product Development

Product development and design: Re-De researches special yarn qualities and compositions; Pro-De develops fibre compositions in different qualities. The design team works on styles according to customer needs. Knitting starts from the elastic and ends at the toe. Toe closing uses Rosso (micro overlock), single-row linking, or automatic seamless lintoe on full-electronic machines. Washing, ironing and labelling are optional.

You own the design, logo, packaging and label; the manufacturer supplies knitting, finishing, quality control and export. Custom socks are made to a specification you define rather than chosen from a stock catalogue: a unique pattern, colour combination, construction and knitted-in logo. EGE SOCKS develops them in Istanbul from a sketch, a reference pair or a tech pack into a manufacturable, repeatable style. Each knitted row carries a limited number of colours; fine detail may be simplified or moved to embroidery. Needle count is 156 or 200; a higher count gives cleaner pattern edges. Cushioning zones, rib, cuff height and toe closure are specified per design. Samples usually take about 5–7 days per round; bulk about 3–4 weeks after approval.

Sock Washing, Boarding and Finishing

Linking, washing, boarding and shaping all run in-house at EGE SOCKS, for consistent sizing and a clean finish on every pair. The open toe is closed by hand-guided linking or automatic toe closing. Washing relaxes the knit, removes spinning oils and reveals the true colour and hand. Washed socks are pulled onto foot-shaped forms and heat-set so boarding locks the final size and silhouette. Drying is controlled so the given shape holds. Inspection against the approved sample covers measurements, knitting faults, colour, toe seam and labelling. An ISO 9001:2015 quality system is applied.
