Founders Ömer TEKİN, Osman TEKİN and Abdullah TEKİN established the company in Adana in 2004 after senior management roles in cement plants and major investment projects. The company has proven itself in turnkey cement plants, engineering and consulting services and project development.

Using advanced technologies in cement and earth industries, it has achieved developed solutions based on projects. With design, project and R&D departments, it has realized complete domestic cement plant projects including design, fabrication, assembly and commissioning.
