PST Metal (PST GROUP DEM. ÇEL. İTH. İHR. LTD. ŞTİ.) offers a full range of aluminium and metal solutions, from custom OEM extrusions to EN 442 certified high-performance heating elements. At its facility in İzmir, pressing, vertical CNC machining, die maintenance and assembly lines operate under one roof. Production capacity covers aluminium extrusion with 7000 tons of press capacity at ±0.1 mm precision, electrostatic powder coating in matte / satin / gloss finishes across the RAL spectrum, precision CNC machining on 5-axis machining centres, and OEM / ODM production with private label, custom packaging and bulk shipment. Custom metal parts are produced to drawing in 20+ product segments on punching, laser, bending, vertical CNC machining and welding lines. Alongside its manufacturing identity, the company manages supplier research, factory visits, quality control, consolidation and shipping in Turkey for its export customers. It works with project companies, distributors and OEM brands in Europe, the Middle East, the CIS and the Americas, producing in compliance with ISO 9001, EN 442 and CE.
